Keep the small victories coming.

I made a big pot of spaghetti tonight, and I only had one serving.  That may not sound like much, but I would usually have 2 large servings of spaghetti.  I also did a few loads of laundry tonight, and a short workout.  75 kettlebell swings with a 30 lb bell, 15 sumo deadlift high pulls with the same bell, and 100 jumps with my speed rope.  Tomorrow I am going back to the track with Chip, and I am going to do some 200 meter repeats.  I plan to push myself every 2-3 days, and walk on the days between to keep things in motion.
